Session 1 (10.30 am) | SABADONI - Traditional Bolognese treat, sweet ravioli filled with chestnut cream and pinenuts dipped in delicious saba syrup.
Session 2 (12.15 pm) | CRESCENTINE - The perfect entrée from Bologna: fried bread topped with mascarpone and prosciutto, or stracchino and saba.
Session 3 (1.15 pm) SOLD OUT STROZZAPRETI - Handmade short pasta with mushroom, aubergine, Pinoli pinenuts and cheese.
